Digi-Key China  is a service office. They don't have any inventory in China right now, so useless.

Inventory: 

They have a pretty complete inventory of products, even some hard to find ones. You can get almost everything you want from them of electronic parts. Their inventory is located in USA. 

Price: 

Prices are quite reasonable. It is a good price for prototype batches(<100). Very nice offer for hobbyist, you can orders every components with low volume.

To China 5-7 days.
